The path I follow
‘Soul possesses the song that’s worth singing,
the dance that wants to be danced’ – Bill Plotkin
Praying
It doesn’t have to be
the blue iris, it could be
weeds in a vacant lot, or a few
small stones; just
pay attention, then patch
a few words together and don’t try
to make them elaborate, this isn’t
a contest but the doorway
into thanks, and a silence in which
another voice may speak.
– Mary Oliver
On the search for wholeness, aliveness and deep ecology.
I have spent past few years nomadically on a search for roots, home and myself. Discovering my inner landscapes through Nepalese poetry, Thai monasteries, silence, Indonesian rituals and finally Indian synchronicity where I found my dear teacher Jaya Ashmore.
Another step towards integrity was getting to know Work That Reconnects by dear Joanna Macy and finally finishing her two trainings.

Objects and space; the door to visuality.
I am fascinated with stones, trees, branches and natural artefacts.
Creating altars and mandalas with nature objects is a meditative practice I have been accidentally doing since I was a child. I have used this form of creation to ground myself whilst travelling solo, as an offering of gratitude to places and people, as well as a reminder to slow down see the beauty in all things.

Want to see more of my objects’ compositions?
Movement, poetry, nature.
I am absolutely inspired and in love with Anna Halprin and Peter Levine.
I’ve been studying therapeutic movement for the last 4 years. Based on Somatic Experiencing, Gaga, Contact Improvisation, Dance Movement Therapy, working with trauma, I’ve been developing my own practices and exercises that I am sharing with different groups during workshops and retreats.

Intuition, gut feeling, silencing inner critic and therapeutic creation
Last years have been a research of intuitive creation.
I’ve been exploring intuitive dancing, painting and singing, learning how to open my body and voice for creation. Encouraging others to experiment and let the inner critic wait outside while we have fun.
Intuitive dancing, drawing and singing has been also tool that helped me in one of the hardest periods in my life, soothing me emotionally, helping me to process difficult emotions and sometimes even helping me get out of bed.
Want to see more of my drawings and paintings?
Is it real? is it real? is it real?
Simple and real. Soft and gentle. Aliveness beyond ideas.
On the path unfolding itself. On my search for the realness. Taking off the layers.
